Join Lolita Sarkar, founder of Unusual Spirits, for a 1.5–2 hour tasting of handcrafted liqueurs made with Indian ingredients like Gondhoraj lemon, Mahabaleshwar strawberries, and spiced jaggery spirit. Lolita is A creative entrepreneur with a diverse background in media, food, and beverage innovation. Lolita spent over a decade in Mumbai as a producer and co-director of high-end television commercials before launching DesiDeli, a successful gourmet fast-food and fusion café.

Since relocating to Goa in 2018, she has focused on artisanal food and beverage development—specialising in preservative-free products, food styling, and photography. A certified sake professional (SEC, Japan), Lolita brings a deep understanding of fermentation and flavour profiling.
