Ferments of India

The talk on “Ferments of India" is a mosaic essay that aims to explore the rich tradition of fermentation practices in India. This interactive and educational workshop will delve into the various fermented foods, beverages, and culinary techniques that have been an integral part of Indian culture for centuries and draw parallels between them. It will include show and tell and also a tasting of a few different types of ferments.
