Under the guidance of a Slacklife Inc. experienced instructor, you’ll learn how to safely find balance and momentum on a thin flat rope (slackline), understanding posture, mindfulness and practising the three essential principles: focus, relax, and breathe.

The workshop emphasises a gradual approach: starting from standing still, holding balance for a few breaths, and taking your first confident steps across the line and learning how to jump onto the line. Beyond the physical challenge, slacklining also cultivates mental clarity, patience, and resilience—making it a holistic activity for people of all ages.

Whether you’re looking to try something adventurous, improve balance for other sports, or simply enjoy a playful yet mindful experience, this workshop is the perfect entry point into the world of slacklining.
