Cinema is a shared language of emotion, imagination, and storytelling — but for many, its magic has long been limited by sight. Cinema for Every Sense is a special programme that opens the world of Hindi cinema — both classic and contemporary — to blind and low-vision audiences through audio description, ensuring that everyone can experience the richness of film in its fullest form.

This curated series celebrates the diversity and depth of Hindi filmmaking, from beloved classics that shaped Indian cinematic history to powerful new voices redefining storytelling today. Each screening includes professionally crafted audio description, enabling audiences to follow visual details, gestures, expressions, and atmospheres through vivid narration woven naturally into the soundtrack.

The programme is not only about accessibility — it’s about inclusion, community, and shared joy. Whether you’re a lifelong cinephile or experiencing these films for the first time, these screenings create a space where everyone can laugh, imagine, and feel together. Join us for an immersive celebration of sound, storytelling, and connection — because cinema, at its heart, is for every sense.
