This workshop offers an immersive journey through movement, improvisation, and creative collaboration, focusing on peripheral vision, spatial awareness and gesture precision.

Participants are invited to deepen their physical presence, enhance group attentiveness, and nurture individual creativity through a balance of guided exercises, sensitive improvisation, group-based games and interactions.

The session adopts a supportive and non-judgmental environment where everyone can freely explore their unique movement expression, while staying in dialogue with the collective energy of the group.
