Explore Hapusa’s Himalayan juniper story, understand martini styles and techniques, and learn how subtle variations in dilution, vermouth, temperature, and garnishes transform the drink. The session includes a hands-on DIY martini segment where participants experiment with infusions, vermouth variations, brines, and botanicals to create their own personalised martini.
