The workshop content will be based on the work of Marc Oosterhoff and Cédric Gagneur developed in the piece Palette(s). The technique proposed is based on the improvised interaction of two human bodies in different situations, halfway between acrobatic lifts and contact dance. This technique is primarily based on listening to one's partner and developing mutual trust in order to push the boundaries of collaboration between two people.

All the material taught during the workshop is entirely based on improvisation. This improvisation is structured by a clear framework and defined by rules that are simple at first and then become increasingly complex in order to refine the exercise.
