This workshop is a guided slow-listening and sound-art experience designed for seniors and caregivers. Participants will engage with sound, colour, and form to explore disability and aging as states of deep presence, mindfulness, and creativity. Using sonic meditation and simple sound-art practices, the session nurtures body awareness, encourages self-reflection, and opens space for quietude and shared listening.
