Borscht is a soup that has been made in Ukraine by millions of families over many centuries. In this master class, you will learn to see how it’s made and learn about borsht’s intimate connection with Ukrainian nature, people, and rich history.

Disclaimer: Meat used in Borscht is chicken. It contains beetroot, cabbage, carrots, onions, potatoes and kidney beans, garlic. 

This workshop is a result of the partnership between the Serendipity Arts and the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of India.
