03:30 PM - 05:00 PM

The arts are often seen as progressive spaces, but beneath the surface, access, representation, and opportunity remain uneven. Who gets to make, curate, and lead in the arts and who is still left out?

This session brings together artists, producers, and cultural leaders who are reshaping the sector through the lens of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across caste, gender, sexuality, and class. Moving beyond tokenism, it asks how we can embed equity into everyday practice in hiring, programming, partnerships, and leadership.
