What would the body express through dance if we gave it space to speak freely? Using the themes of silence and electricity, the facilitator invites participants to experience different/opposing states of being through movement. We will find ways to access rhythm, play and reflection collectively.
What if we thought of dance as a charged and explicit language of the body? And the body as active, perceptive and intelligent? Using principles from yoga, martial arts and contemporary dance, the artist introduces a physicality which is rooted in awareness, presence and playful exploration.
